Call Transfer Deluxe—allows incoming and outgoing calls to be transferred anywhere (outside the system).
Conference Calling—allows you to add a third party to an existing call on the same line.
Consultation Hold—allows you to place a call in progress on hold and originate another call from the same line with privacy.
Call Fordwarding—Provide you customers with greater access to personnel, even when they are unable to answer the phone. Employees can simply have their calls forwarded to a location or station that can handle the call.
Message Waiting Indicator (audible)—When you return to your office, you'll know immediately if you have a message waiting in your voice mail system with the distinctive tone.

Line-Backer™—Allows you to avoid costly repair charges when trouble arises in your inside wire or building cable. Line-Backer covers unlimited repair visits, the diagnoses of problems and the repair of inside wire or building cable.
Voice mail*—Lets callers leave messages at unattended or busy extensions. AT&T Voice Mail greatly increase your effciency, allowing you to quickly and easily send, retrieve, edit, archive,erase and forward copies of these messages to others. In addition, you can mark messages as urgent and/or private, confirm a messages's reciept and customize your greeting.
Caller I.D.*—By displaying the telephone number of the caller, Caller I.D helps you staff be prepared with relevant information as they answer the telephone.
Caller I.D. with name identification*— for even greater convenience and enhanced customer service, Caller I.D. with name identification displays the telephone number and the name of the party calling.
Speed Calling-Thirty—Allows you to quickly and easily place calls to a pre-programmed list of 30 telephone numbers. Simply dial a speed code instead of the entire number.
Hunting Arrangements—enables incoming calls on busy lines to be redirected to a predetermined number(s) to search for an idle line on which to complete the call. If no idle number is found, a busy tone is provided.
