ValueComm has designed, ordered, and coordinated the installations of high-performance, resilient AT&T Networks for over 30 years.
ValueComm’s founder managed the installation of Complex AT&T Network Projects that comprise part of the AT&T Network. While working for AT&T, Phil helped improve AT&T’s world class Project Management process to support the completion of Projects “on time, at cost, and with no surprises”.
As ValueComm offers custom-fit AT&T networks priced in the most cost-effective fashion, we strive to bring that Project Management mentality to every order to provide our customers the best-available AT&T Installation and Service experience.

Network Services (and Voice):
Internet:
- AT&T Dedicated Internet (ADI) – bandwidths range from 10 Mbps to 100 Gbps. This Service may be purchased with (or without) a Managed Router and includes one of the industry’s best SLA guarantees for uptime and low latency
- AT&T Business Fiber (ABF) – high-bandwidth, low-cost, best-effort internet service that is available in many multi-tenant buildings.
- AT&T Wireless Broadband – high-bandwidth service that includes “fast track” data making it optimal as a back-up service. This service can also be a primary service for small locations with minimal data requirements as the plans are uncapped (no overage fees)
- AT&T Uverse– lower bandwidth best-effort service available wherever AT&T provides the “last mile”. This service us usually available in buildings that are not supported by AT&T business Fiber (ABF)
Private Network Infrastructure (all include SLA uptime guarantees):
- Point-to-point Services – AT&T Dedicated Ethernet (ADE) – bandwidths from 10 Gbps-100 Gbps. This service may be used for the lowest-latency point-to-point connections.
- Layer 2 Service – AT&T Switched Ethernet On Demand (ASEoD) – Service may be ordered with 100M – 10 Gbps Access connection. Service may be used with “ports” as small as 2 Mbps (for back-up) up to 10 Gbps. The bandwidth may be adjusted each day (usually takes approximately 15 minutes for the single adjustment). The cost is billed on a per-day basis according to the level of bandwidth set in the portal (per day). There are several Class of Service/Quality of Service options (i.e. if voice service must be transported, we recommend “real time”).
- Layer 3 Services – AT&T Virtual Private Network Service (AVPN) – AT&T’s private MPLS Service. AT&T AVPN Service is also offered as a bundled service called “VPN Value Bundle Express” AVPN includes Class of Service/Quality of Service.
Voice Services:
- SIP Trunking – AT&T IPFLex Service is offered with 3 forms of hand-off: Direct SIP, Analog (POTS), and ISDN PRI. This service can be layered onto Dedicated internet connections and Private Layer 3 MPLS (AVPN).
- Hosted Business Voice Over IP – AT&T Office @ Hand (partnership with RingCentral) and MS Teams. AT&T Office @ Hand includes special priority for Voice packets when combined with AT&T Dedicated Internet. AT&T Office @ Hand includes a mobile app to help extend the phone system to users’ mobile devices.
Enhancements (Resilience, Survivability, and Extra Support):
- Diversity -- Network CO Diversity and Geographic Route Diversity to ensure the same cable cut doesn’t impact all services feeding a building.
- Enhanced Features – protection for each incoming phone number for IPFLex (SIP) provides an alternative destination to terminate including calls to each phone number (your choice). Also provides real-time routing changes for incoming phone numbers if disaster plans change.
